Portraits

So I've been thinking a lot about portraits lately. These were images done for my "Contemporary Portraits" class taught by Christine Collins (love her... she's great!) Anyway, I was looking to catch one person with different expressions or even portraying them not quite what they are. My poor husband was my subject as usual. I chose not to do anything that I know to do... like light correctly so there are big shadows on the wall. I shot them in a 3x3 space against my bedroom door.
